At Guided Learning Academy, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and delivering real results. Because our services are educational and scheduling-based, our refund policy is structured to protect both families and our instructors.
Refund Eligibility for Tutoring Services
✅ Individual & Group Tutoring
All unused Individual and Group Tutoring sessions are eligible for a refund after purchase.
Refunds are not issued for any sessions that have already been attended or completed, including:
-SAT Workshops
-Individual Tutoring Sessions
-Group Tutoring Sessions
Once a service has been provided, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
✅ Custom Scheduling Appointment Deposits
All custom scheduling appointment deposits are 100% refundable if you decide not to move forward after your consultation.
This allows families to book with confidence while maintaining full transparency in pricing and services.
How to Request a Return or Refund
All return and refund requests must be submitted through your customer account on the Guided Learning Academy website:
To submit a request:
-Log into the account used at checkout on
www.guidedlearningacademy.com
-Select the “Orders” tab
-Choose the specific product or service
-Submit your return or refund request directly through your order
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Final Notes
Refunds are only issued for unused services.
Attended workshops or completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable.
Custom scheduling deposits remain fully refundable prior to service commitment
